On February 12th, the Association of Journalists and Gastronomical writers Baleares, in its second edition, made delivery of gastronomic awards, which aims to make public the recognition of the trade press to the people and groups that enhance the quality of gastronomy of the island. The Association made us Ramon Cavaller delivery, the best restaurant of local cuisine, award recognition has been included this year. For us it is a pride and we are very pleased with the award, which rewards the work begun 30 years ago by Jose Luis Moll, and since 2012 have caught us with a clear idea of continuing with the traditional cuisine of Menorca the use of local produce.

Among the other winners, was Victor Lidon, Restaurante Ca Na Pilar. We are also glad for him, first for his personal commitment kitchen, and second because it is also a landmark restaurant of our people. Therefore, in Es Migjorn, joy is double, with two award-winning restaurants.
Other winners were Patrick James and David Coca award for best chef 2015; Llorenç Coll Moll with the award for best pastry chef; Rocío Rey the best Sommelier; to Agroxerxa for better promotion of local product, Bananas Ciutadella as Best Bar / Gastrobar and career award for Josep Caules Benejam. A pleasure to share award with all these professionals, and thanks to the Association of Journalists and food writers for bestowing this distinction.
Definitely a reason to continue our work and try to offer every day the best of our land.
