Mallorquin, Deià. Born in 1970. He started in the kitchen under the orders of his father who had the Jaume Restaurant in Deiá. He managed it for 12 years, combining different learnings such as a 3-month course at the Arzak Restaurant. In recent years he worked in Formentera, and now he is based in Menorca, looking for tranquility and discovering Menorcan cuisine.
Migjorner. Take 2 years as a kitchen assistant. Apart from his passion that is music, the kitchen is passionate and he likes to prepare desserts and try new elaborations.
